- Email address - collected at the time of purchase through our payment processor (Stripe) and used to deliver your access code and send service-related communications.
- Payment information - credit card and billing details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe, Inc. We never see or store your full payment card information.
- Purchase records - we retain records of purchases (date, product, email) for accounting, customer support, and chargeback dispute purposes.
- Access data - when you use your access code to enter the guide, we store a record in your browser's local storage (not on our servers). This record stays on your device only.
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage — such as which pages are visited and general traffic patterns. If analytics are in use, no personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers beyond what is collected automatically by your browser (e.g., anonymized IP address).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver your access code and confirm your purchase
- To provide customer support if you contact us
- To respond to payment disputes or chargebacks
- To notify you of significant updates to the guide (rarely, and only if you have an active purchase)

We retain purchase records (email address and transaction date) for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your email from our active records but may retain anonymized transaction records as required by law.

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe using industry-standard encryption. Access codes are generated using cryptographic hashing and are never stored in plain text.
